I Moses WIlder being of sound mind and memory blessed by god but low in body, make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form following. It is my will and wish that all my just debts should be paid and after they are paid the balance of my property I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth Wilder and her and my children during her widowhood or while she lives, after her death the property so that remains to be equally divided among her and my children only. My daughter Levina I will and grant one bed and furniture and cow and calf extra. It is further my will and wish that Peter Hays be my executor to manage my business after my death to the best of his judgement for the benefit of my legal heirs.
