  Text	William Franklin Winders, 76, died yesterday at his home in the Mattoon community in Crittenden County. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. He is survived by his wife, Annie Winders; two daughters, Mrs. R.E. Brewer, Sturgis; Mrs. Frank Gilespie, Repton; three sons, Clifton Winders, Harrisburg, Ill.; Earl Winders, La Cruse, N.M.; W.H. Winders, Sturgis; two sisters, Mrs. Ida Wilson, Cairo, Ill,; Mrs. Stella Winn, Selby, S.D.; 14 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
